It happened again. I went shopping. I went to the mall with my friend Grace and left with a bit more than I had planned on. I didn't go tooooo crazy, though.

These were the items I picked up (aside from theBalm's Nude Tude Palette which came from an online order). Oh! and a new purse, but I will be saving that for another post.

Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge: As I've previously mentioned, I love Real Techniques brushes and couldn't wait to try out this sponge! It is about 1/3 of the price of the beauty blender ($9). I'll let you know how it goes after I test it out a couple of times.

Rimmel Stay Matte Powder: I was in need of a new powder and I know this is a much-hyped product in the beauty world. I have quite an issue with an oily forehead, so I'm hoping this will do the trick of setting my make up, plus it was only $5!

Laura Mercier Tinted Moisterizer: I've wanted to give this product a try for a while, so when I saw the smaller size in the mini section near the Sephora checkout (this is always so dangerous), I thought it would be a good way to give it a try without investing in the larger size. The small size is 30 ml for $21 and the large size is 50 ml for $51, so I thought that was alright! Although it sadly didn't come in the oil-free version.

Origins Clear Improvement Mask: My skin has been acting up a bit lately and I've heard great things about this mask, so I also picked up the mini version. I will be putting this to the test tonight!

theBalm Nude 'Tude Pallette: The shopping site Hautelook had theBalm products on sale (with really great prices!) about two months ago, so I decided to pick up two of the items that I've always wanted to try from this cute brand. They took two months to get here though (grrr).

Not Pictured* theBalm Mary-Loumanizer: I'm currently dog-sitting at my mom's house and forgot to bring this item with me, but the Mary-Loumaziner highlighter was another item that I picked up from the Hautelook sale. I blame this purchase completely on Essiebutton.

I will be including these products in posts over the coming weeks! Check back to see how they work out (fingers crossed for the best).
