UK Haul: Soap and Glory

11:47 AM

One brand that has always intrigued me is Soap and Glory, even though not all of their products are available in Canada. Shoppers Drug Mart offers a pretty good variety of shower goodies, but none of their makeup. Long story short, I was pretty freakin excited to pick up some of their products when I was in the UK, so I may have went a little crazy!

The first product I picked up was their Kick Ass Concealer. Concealer is a staple in my day-to-day makeup, and this was recommended by Estée of Essiebutton, so of course I had to try it!

It is a pretty "all-in-one" product as it contains two shades of concealer (a pink and yellow based) and a translucent powder. They even include a little mirror, which is always a bonus.

The next item was probably the one I wanted the most: the One Heck of a Blot powder. First of all, the name is awesome, and secondly, Estée has also raved about this powders fine consistency and awesome staying power.

Next came a bronzer. I'm not a huge bronzer person, but in the summer I like to give it a try. My body got quite a bit of colour while in vaycay so this does a good job of helping to bronze up my face to match, without being super orange or muddy.

Next came the brows. The S&G Brow Archery is a favourite of Zoe's (or Zoella) and Gabby's (or VelvetGh0st) so again I needed (I tend to throw that word around too often) to pick this up as well.

It has two ends. A felt tip pen, and a little waxy pencil. The combination of the two make for some pretty brows! Although it takes a bit of getting used to.

Last but not least, Mascara. This is probably my favourite purchase of the bunch. It makes my lashes look awesome! And I don't say that very often.  Wish I had picked up a few more of these (le sigh).

Here is a quick look using only these products! (Ps. I did this in a moving car, so be gentle on me!)

Have you tried any Soap and Glory products?
