The FIVE Product Face

9:35 PM

When I first started using makeup as a teenager, I stuck to the basics: concealer, mascara and lipgloss. Now that I'm an adult (still feels weird saying that), I've been immersed into the world of what seems like a million different products.

While it's fun to use primers, contour powders, and all that good stuff - sometimes getting back to the basics can make life easier and leave you with a nice and natural result.

Now every person has their own "must-haves" when it comes to makeup. Some people my prioritize concealing, while others love bronzing, So if you want to try and reduce the amounts of products you use, think "if I could only bring five makeup items with me on vacation what would I HAVE to take" and stick with those!

Below is my "five product" face and I was surprised with how nice the result was - what would yours be?

Product 1: Concealer. I love concealer for evening out my base and dark circles, allowing me to skip on foundation.

Product 2: Powder. As an oily skinned girl, this is always a must.

Product 3: Blush. I am a super pale lady and blush helps add some life to my face. It can also multi-task as a lip colour!

Product 4: Brows. For the longest time, I neglected my eyebrows. Now I feel odd if I don't do something to fill in and tame them. It makes a huge difference to the face!

Product 5: Mascara. Probably my most important makeup item.
